This firm has had exceptional financial performance over the last few years and is now seeking to invest significantly in their Intellectual Property practice, with the additional of further trade mark capability to its brand protection practice.
IP has been a cornerstay of the firm since inception, with a roster of IP rich clients - both rights holders and brands - undertaking complex and interesting IP work across the entire spectrum of IP work. The firm has identified IP as a key area in which they would like to make significant strides over the next year, to further build on the group's reputation and to meet its aim to be a market leading IP practice.

The firm's IP clients currently include sports, luxury goods, fashion and retail companies, games/video/publishing companies, FMCG brands as well as those in film and TV and a wide number of entrepreneurial/HNW clients. Brand protection and enforcement, licensing and franchising work, specialist copyright work, interactive media services are all undertaken within the practice.

The trade mark practice of the firm is now established and growing, and the opportunity is to add significantly to this practice as the firm aims to invest heavily into its IP capability. This would suit either an established senior Trade Mark Attorney with client relationships or a small team/firm seeking to join a full service law firm.
