Job Title: Employment Locum

Job description: We are recruiting for an Employment Locum to join an established private practice based in Leeds on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness. This role will be remote due to COVID-19.
Duties will consist of:
- Managing a mixed caseload of employment rights matters to include unfair dismissals, discrimination, TUPE and settlement agreements
- Dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment cases
- Handling employment tribunals
Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with the above relevant experience.
