The team comprises market leading experts acting on instructions involving creditors, insolvency practitioners, directors & shareholders, individuals and corporate clients.

Instructions will cover all aspects of commercial litigation, corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings including:

• Contractual Disputes
• Negligence Actions
• Financial Litigation
• Partnership and Shareholder issues
• Formal insolvency, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings,
• Advising trustees, liquidators and administrators,
• Investigations of asset disposals and antecedent transactions,
• Misfeasance and breach of duty claims,
• Asset recoveries,
• Director Disqualification proceedings,

The nature of the role requires a specialist solicitor with not less than 2 yrs’ PQE.   Ideally, you will have experience in contentious insolvency but applications from commercial litigators with a genuine interest in this sector are also welcomed to apply.
