The Child Care Team is a sizeable department and enjoys an enviable reputation. The team is able to provide a breadth and depth of experience which is second to none. It is instructed by social services and professionals as well as advising parents and grandparents etc. in Child Care Proceedings.
The nature of this role requires not less than 12 months' specialist PQE in Child Care. Very happy to consider applications from lawyers who have combined experience with family and matrimonial law but now wish to focus on public law Child Care proceedings.
