The successful applicant will manage matters from file opening through to completion, whilst providing clients with a high quality and cost-effective service at all times.

- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New builds
- Shared ownership leases
- Right to buy
- Equity release schemes
- Registered and unregistered titles
- Undertaking legal research
- Business development
- Solicitor and legal executives with a minimum of four years’ PQE
- Experience in residential property gained within a reputable firm
- A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills
- Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- IT proficiency
