Lexcel accredited firm in Buckinghamshire seeks a talented Paralegal, with a 3-year background in conveyancing, to work on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to join our client’s thriving Conveyancing department located in Aylesbury. The successful applicant will manage matters from file opening through to completion, whilst providing clients with a high quality and cost-effective service always.

  • File management
  • Handling cases from instructions through to completion
  • Sales and purchases
  • Preparing SDLT forms and registrations
  • Panel work
  • Title checks
  • Anti-money laundering checks
  • Completing routine searches
  • Preparing, checking, and proofreading correspondence and documents
  • General administrative duties
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals

The Candidate
  • Paralegals with a minimum of three years’ experience
  • Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
  • Solid academic background
  • IT proficiency
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Great attention to details
