Joining a specialist team in Ashford, the successful solicitor will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare to manage a varied caseload for a designated portfolio of clients. Additionally, the successful solicitor will play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

  • Care and interim care orders
  • Emergency protection orders
  • Contested final hearings and child protection conferences
  • Participating in business development initiatives
The Candidate

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
  • Technically proficient in childcare matters from instruction to final hearings
  • Membership of the Law Society’s Children Panel is a pre-requisite
  • Possesses exceptional communication and client care skills
  • IT literate ideally with knowledge of Proclaim
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines  
  • Strives for high standards in their work
