Legal Services Administrator – up to £14.63 per hour Umbrella– East Midlands
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Services Administrator with an NHS Organisation based in the East Midlands.
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of up to 2 months, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This post will operate on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing a similar role within the NHS, or other Public Sector organisations.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Supporting the Legal Services Manager in all aspects of claims management, at times working independently to support the Team’s workload

Responsible for acting on requests for medical records (where litigation is contemplated) in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Access to Health Records Act 1990

Maintaining confidentiality when handling highly sensitive, contentious information in relation to potential litigation

Providing and receiving complex and highly sensitive information

Communicating effectively with all members of Trust staff and external stakeholders

Managing an unpredictable workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and independently
