The Role

The firm is seeking a Secured Lending Solicitor for their City of London office.

This role will be based in their flourishing and very impressive office in the heart of the City of London. The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions, regularly advising clients on their secured lending requirements including:

• Bridging finance
• Buy-to-let lending
• Commercial property loans
• Second charge lending
• Mezzanine funding
• Asset-based finance
• Drafting and reviewing security documents
• Personal & Corporate Guarantees

Requirements:

• You will be a Secured Lending Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
• The team is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
• You will deal with high-quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded Partner.
• This team have taken a large market share with a relatively recent key hire, making now an exciting time to join.
