JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY: Circa £40,000-£50,000

THE ROLE:
This high profile and infectiously positive Employment team are seeking an experienced Solicitor to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. This position has arisen due to a period of sustained growth. With this move towards further growth and success, our Clients' challenge now, is to consolidate and build upon achievements thus far. They are therefore seeking a suitably motivated and like-minded individual with a passion for employment law.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a variety of matters including unfair dismissal and compromise agreements, but will also include some more complex and challenging cases, such as discrimination and TUPE.

THE CANDIDATE:
A qualified Solicitor with upwards of 2 years PQE, the successful candidate will have experience across a broad range of claimant employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases. Your previous experience will include providing representation at tribunal. You will need to be hands on in resolving legal issues and will thrive in a cohesive team environment, taking pride in providing exceptional levels of client care. This role offers the ideal platform for a committed and career driven individual to enhance their prospects and gain top quality experience. This role is offered on an initial fixed term basis.
