As a Property Lawyer you'll be running & managing your own case load. Using the Firms advanced Case Management System, you'll be allocated work appropriate to your skill and competency level, spanning Freehold Sales, Leasehold Sales, Freehold Purchases, Leasehold Sales, New Build and unregistered purchases and complex chains. Depending on your working style you may elect to be supported by a Legal Assistant who'll manage all admin tasks and effectively run sale transactions under your supervision, including dealing with pre contract enquiries.
