Job Details

Our client, a market leading patent and trademark firm is seeking a trade mark attorney to join their ever expanding Munich office, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Their clients range from exciting new start-ups to multinational leaders of industry, with a client base that includes many of the leading global brands.

With 6 offices spread across Europe, the firm are keen to continue with their expansion plans in Germany, so this is a fantastic opportunity for a trademark attorney to maintain and further develop existing relationships with the firm’s global clients.

Collectively the firm advise international clients on a wide range of IP issues through the full lifecycle of a business, and across a large variety of matters – from trademarks and designs registration, high profile licensing arrangements, regulatory advice, to representation in patent litigation and advice on patent transactions and other technology related matters.  The role will involve managing international trade marks portfolios, filing and prosecuting trade marks (EU, UK, Madrid), drafting legal submissions for EUIPO proceedings and other matters, and will be suited to a trade mark attorney with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
