The role

The firm are seeking to Commercial Litigation Partner to strengthen their offering based in Crawley, Sussex.

In this position you will be working alongside a team of leading commercial litigation partners. They are ranked Tier 1 / Tier 2 across their Dispute Resolution practice areas and their client range includes local businesses, national clients and international blue-chip companies.

This department deals with a varied and broad level of litigation work including:

• Shareholder disputes
• Professional negligence
• Contentious contacts
• Debt recovery
• Commercial Claims
• Complex legislation claims

This firm have a clear vison for the commercial litigation team and they are looking to grow at the lateral level to enhance their already impressive offering. The team currently stands at 25+ ranging from associates to partners.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Partner and you will be 8+ years PQE
• You will be looking to join a commercially minded regional heavyweight
• You will have the drive to join a heavy hitting department housing some of the best litigators outside of London
