JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Warwickshire/Remote based
SALARY: Circa £400 per day

THE ROLE:
A FTSE 100 business is seeking an In-House Commercial Property Lawyer to be based in Warwickshire to commence as soon as possible on a locum basis for a period of approx. 6-9 months. This varied role will see you handling non transactional commercial property matters, managing an external panel of law firms but also advising the business on property strategy and governance, redevelopment and potentially some litigation matters. As an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor you will be given the opportunity to work autonomously, independently solving any problems that may arise in your portfolio.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role would be perfect for a qualified Solicitor having practised Commercial Property law for in excess of 5 years and seeking for a non transactional commercial property role. Some exposure to property litigation work would be desirable but is not essential. As this is a very varied role you will be able to provide appropriate property advice to the business, ensuring all matters are processed in accordance with strict deadlines.
