RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING - HULL

Opportunity for an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer with one of the higher profile firms in East Yorkshire. You will handle Sales and Purchases of Freehold property, and if you have the experience you'll also have Leasehold and more complex matters to deal with too.

This is a small but busy team handling high grade work for a range of private clients, company directors and investors and so you'll need good communication skills and a professional approach, and a real commitment to providing a quality service. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, ILEX or experienced Paralegal) who is able to commit to Hull and who wants a challenging role with a leading brand.

Ideal candidates with be settled in the East Yorkshire region but Hull is commutable from York, Leeds, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire and so for this quality of career opportunity we would expect that a candidate might be prepared to travel/commute.
