Residential Development Locum - Private Practice – Central London/ West London

Our client, a Top Tier Law Firm based in London, are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Development Solicitor. This FTC will run for 12 months. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an incredibly well regarded team of property solicitors.

This role will start on the 14th of September for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. This vacancy has the potential to offer a combination of both remote and office based working.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience dealing with all aspects of Residential Property
  • Experience handling plot sales and off plan properties
  • A client focused approach and able to deal with a number of overseas clients
  • Must be a qualified solicitor with between 3-5 years PQE
