Residential Property Solicitor

Residential Property Locum –  Private Practice – Brighton, Sussex

Our client, a well-regarded practice based in Brighton, are looking for additional support in their busy residential property team whilst the firm look to recruit permanently. They are looking for a residential property solicitor who is able to handle all aspects of property work.  

This role will start on the 14^th of September for an initial 2-3 months however there is the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years PQE
• The ability to handle all aspects residential property work such as variation of leases, new build, shared ownership, plot sales and adverse possession
• Experience dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, declaration of trusts, lease extensions
