Job Details
TSR Legal are currently working with an expanding legal practice who are keen to appoint a Family Solicitor with 1-3 yrs PQE in the Pontypool area. This opportunity has a pathway to Head of Department for the right candidate.
You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce, Financial and ideally Pre & Post-nuptial agreements. You will be confident in managing your own caseload and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience of private practice in family law
- A solid understanding of financial remedies
- Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
- Experience in advising clients in relation to prenuptial, post nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreement
Salary
(DOE) Circa £33,000 - £40,000
