Our leading national client has a market leading Financial Services Regulatory team based in Bristol which supports their enviable UK and international client base of financial services businesses comply with their regulatory obligations. Boasting a national and international reputation, the firm are now looking to add an experienced Financial Services Regulatory lawyer to the team.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Regulatory lawyer to join this established team providing complex and comprehensive advice to Financial Services clients conduct all their operations in a compliant manner. Advice will span the full lifecycle of the client's business operations ensuring they can operate effectively and in a compliant manner within the regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accomplished Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer with an expert knowledge of the Financial services and Markets Act 2000, the associate regulations and the FCA handbook and be used to leading your clients through the implications of the same on their business. You will have a clear track record of helping clients develop, launch and then manage portfolios of potentially regulated products in a timely fashion, appreciating the commercial complexities of the same.

You will be used to working as part of a larger team while leading client relationships and developing juniors within your team.
