The team are looking for a junior Residential Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join their market leading team. You will be given full investment from the Partners to help you grow and progress.

The role

The firm is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing West End office.

The firm now stands at 90 staff, they are a full-service firm and are growing across several departments. The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having solid relationships with many high-end estate agents, you will find a client base of many HNW individuals, celebrities and well-known individuals.

The bespoke caseload will have many high value matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

They are not a high-volume conveyancing department and each fee earners will be given a manageable caseload. They charge well for the work they do as they believe providing a quality service is far more important that getting through as much work as possible.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
• You will have a strong background
• You will be wanting to be involved with business development and keen to learn from the best in the market
