The Role

The firm is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their flourishing office in London's West End.

The firm now stands at 85 staff, they are a full multi-service firm and are growing across several departments. The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having solid relationships with many high-end estate agents, you will find a client base of many HNW individuals, celebrities and well-known individuals.
The caseload will surround many high-value residential property matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE
• You will have a strong background and experience of working with HNW individuals
• You will be a team player with good communication skills
