Practice Manager/Director

A Practice Manager/Director is required by one of the largest practices in the area, located in a buzzing and affluent area of the London/Essex boarder

With a management team described as “switched on”, it’s a practice that punches above its weight and is not your typical high street firm with a large number of corporate clients. The business is a general practice providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. Its influence has spread in recent years to a client base that is now nationwide and in some instances international. Friendly and personable and a strong belief in building lasting relationships with clients.

They wish to recruit a capable and competent Practice Manager to take full control of the day to day running of the firm.

The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, able to manage, encourage and develop the other members of the firm and work closely with Partners. You will be a highly experienced business manager and business controller in all appropriate disciplines to include finance, human resources, facilities management, marketing, compliance, IT and administration.

You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in leading consistently high performing teams and able to think outside the box. More importantly you should be passionate about your role and able to offer new ideas and initiative to drive the practice forward.
