The Role

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their modern office in the heart of Leeds.

You will deal with a broad client base covering a range of industry sectors.

You will play a pivotal role in the Real Estate team to help develop business in the local area in conjunction with the wider team.

The caseload will include an array of commercial property work with an emphasis on site acquisition and development projects, including draft section 106's, development agreements, conditional contracts and portfolio sales & disposals and undertaking reports on title.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
• You should have a good knowledge of development projects and site acquisitions
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
