A very exciting and discreet opportunity in Court of Protection matters at a substantial Legal 500 firm in the City of London
Senior Court of Protection Solicitor / Associate - (minimum 5PQE+)
Due to organic growth, a rare opportunity for a Senior Court of Protection Lawyer has become available at a leading Legal 500 firm in London
This is a specialist position are we are looking for a candidate that has this niche experience gained at a respected firm.
This position will suit someone will at least five years post qualification experience up to a more senior level.
The role will be varied and interesting and will consist of matters for property and finance affairs including applications for deputyships, lasting powers of attorney, brain injury and trusts
This is a very exciting opportunity to specialise in this niche and interesting area at this substantial and growing Legal 500 firm, with a very healthy client base.
