Job Details
A Respected London practice requires a specialist Intellectual Property provision.
Working as part of an already successful intellectual property team the new solicitor will advise clients from a variety of sectors on a diverse range of contentious Intellectual Property work including all aspects of IP law, including trade marks and passing off, rights in designs (registered and unregistered), copyright and database right, patents and rights in confidential information.
