This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to head up our client’s thriving litigation department located in Merseyside. Utilising their skills and expertise in both management and litigation, the successful solicitor will oversee the department whilst handling a varied caseload.

- Dispute resolution
- Contract disputes
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Negotiating settlements
- Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
- Experience in litigation is essential
