A diligent and conscientious candidate is sought for our clients multi office practice to build and manage this new department. The successful applicant will ideally have a following and provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, whilst proving to have exceptional client care skills. Responsibilities
- Manage department
- Drafting of documents
- Shareholder and option agreements
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Manage own caseload
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters
- Liaise with professionals and clients
- Developing the departments client base
- Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE
- Extensive corporate work experience
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and client care skills
- Competent in marketing
- Keen aptitude for business development
- Confident in delivering presentations and seminars
