Joining our client’s thriving practice located in Aylesbury, the successful lawyer will handle a challenging but rewarding caseload of employment matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.
Additionally, the successful lawyer will be business development focused and play an active role in the continued growth of the team. Responsibilities
- Advising both employers and employees
- Unfair dismissal
- Settlement agreements
- Drafting contracts, policies and procedures
- Conducting advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
- Deliver presentations on aspects of employment law
- Qualified solicitors or chartered legal executive with two years’ plus PQE
- Experience in employment law is essential
- A strong academic record, ideally with a 2:1 degree
- Excel in communication both verbally and written
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Demonstrates an aptitude for business development
