Home Working Residential Conveyancer

A national residential conveyancing provider is now looking to recruit three full time remote working fee earners. This role would be perfect for an experienced conveyancer who would benefit from a home-working lifestyle. The business model is very much serviced focused so will suit conveyancers who are keen to retain some of the traditional aspects of residential property while working for a firm with cutting edge technology.

You will be joining a firm that is different from the volume providers. The number of active files average around 80 with monthly completions sitting around 20 - 25 which gives the fee earners the time to provide an exceptionally high quality of service. If you are interested in a role where you will be able to build long standing relationships with estate agents then you will fit in here really well.

In this post you will be dealing with high quality residential conveyancing work to include sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages and new-builds etc. You will be expected to be self-sufficient and well versed in handing files from start to finish.

My client will pay what it takes to get the right conveyancers on board, with salaries like to start at £35,000 - £40,000.
