Our Adult Social Care team is part of a busy legal department serving the fourth largest city in the country. The team enjoys a varied and stimulating caseload which helps our client department achieve their key objectives of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable people across the city.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking solicitor to deal with all aspects of legal advice and representation relating to adult social care matters, falling under the umbrella of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Court of Protection, Mental Health Act 1983.
