This employment solicitor role is for a Senior Associate or Partner to head the department and develop the employment offering further. This role will involve both contentious and non-contentious work as well as respondent and claimant work. The firm is well embedded in the local market and there are plenty of cross referral opportunities.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced employment lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. Ideally you will be well connected with a following of work. However, applications will also be considered from employment lawyers who have good business development skills and a desire to develop the employment law practice.
