This role is one of the most demanding within the CPS. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of expert knowledge of the law to advise on and prepare import extradition cases for CPS Area prosecutors and to have conduct of export extradition proceedings.
In your role, you will be required to consider cases fairly in accordance with the Act, and other international agreements, as appropriate. Interested candidates should pay attention to the “Technical Knowledge” accountability required for the post which is detailed further in the advert.
