A renowned well renowned firm across Somerset is now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their formidable commercial department within the Property team.
This role requires a professional who can manage a varied caseload of both sales and purchases, landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfer as well as both residential and commercial developments. The firm puts a massive encouragement on client service which requires a natural charm, legal expertise and commercial acumen.
