Court of Protection - Private Client

Due to continued development and successes of the Private Client department this firm are now looking for a solicitor to join the team. This role will be located out of their Newton Abbot offices and will join the supportive Court of Protection team already made up of five Fee Earners.

With a predominant focus on Court of Protection work, you will also have the opportunity to manage cases in further areas of Private Clients matters such as wills and estate planning, LPA's, tax and trusts, deputyship and notary services.
