Commercial Property Solicitor
A well renowned firm in the South West are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate department. With over 10 Fee Earners within Commercial Property you will be joining a highly successful and driven team.
You will be expected to have experience and will be working on the following:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Sales and leases
- Commercial/Residential developments
- Finance and securities
- Landlord and tenant
- Development agreements
- Option contracts
- Sales and purchases of businesses (retail clients etc.)
