The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a modern and progressive firm in the City of London office. This modern firm are open to flexible working and want to invest in the right individuals who are looking for long-term prospect.

You will work alongside busy, high-calibre, entrepreneurial and friendly lawyers, that deal with an excellent quality of work; pitched to an affluent client base. This work will consist of a broad range of family law matters that includes matters relating to divorce, finances, children, nuptial agreements, mediation, cohabitation and more.

This is a busy department, but you will also be supported in managing and building relationships with clients and introducers to develop your client base further. Experience in business development and management for the supervision of paralegals, trainees, and support staff is important for this position.

This is an important position for the firm; you will be well-rewarded financially and there are no glass ceilings regarding career progression and progression to Partnership. The salary is negotiable and dependant on the individual, and you will also receive a lucrative, fair and achievable bonus structure to maximise your earnings.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Family Solicitor
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic and commercially minded individual
• You will have proven business development experience
• Experience or a willingness to be involved with management would be advantageous
