The Role

Due to an influx of work they are now looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 4+ PQE to support the team. You will work side by side with a Partner who is well known in the market.

You will work on a broad range of high quality matters that include:

• Various Commercial Contracts
• Share buy backs
• Share and asset sales/acquisitions
• JV's and MBO's
• Investment agreements

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor wanting to join a growing practice and play a key role in a firm, handling high quality work. You will be given the opportunity to take on clients and develop your own caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with 4+ year PQE
• First class communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• You will be ambitious with scope to manage a team and be a key member of the department
