Child Care Solicitor/Executive/Senior Paralegal
The largest child care firm in the south west are now looking for a successful individual join their award winning child care team at their Exeter offices. This position will require someone with at least three years experience within family/childcare law.

They are super flexible when it comes to remote or home working. They have the infrastructure in place that allows you to work flexibly, preferably they would like you to come to the office 1 or 2 days a week, so occasional travel into Exeter will be a required.
You will be managing a heavy caseload of child care matters on a wide range of issues. It is preferably to have Children Panel Membership due to the cases you’ll be getting involved with but this isn’t a complete necessity. These can range from care proceedings, adoption where you will be representing children, parents, extended family as well as local authorities.
