Real Estate Solicitor / Senior Associate | Newport Firm

Based in the Real Estate practice in Newport, our client is seeking to recruit an outstanding practitioner to join its team. The ideal candidate will be 5+ years PQE.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners in this busy department working on a range of real estate matters and handling predominantly commercial property work.

The successful candidate will provide advice to the firm’s clients on real estate matters to include landlord and tenant work, investment acquisitions and disposals, residential development work and high value residential sales and purchases. It would be advantageous if candidates have acted for entrepreneur clients as well as institutions.

The firm would expect the successful candidate to have previous experience of the areas above and to be able to display strong expertise in commercial property work.
