Our client is looking to recruit a residential property solicitor to join their high-calibre firm, based in the city centre. The firm pride themselves on their quality, traditional stance and long established, niche specialist status, which attracts a broad range of clients regionally, from across the UK, Europe and from the rest of the world. This is a great opportunity for an existing shared ownership property lawyer or a general residential conveyancer looking for something demanding and at a competitive salary with a monthly bonus incentive.

What you will need to succeed
You will be experienced in managing your own caseload and ideally possess shared ownership experience in addition to excellent client care skills. You will be an experienced property solicitor or legal executive, preferably circa 2+PQE, with good academics, but all suitable candidates including more junior lawyers will be considered where you can demonstrate the requisite level of conveyancing expertise, to work in a team that maintains a national reputation as shared ownership specialists. Applications from legal executives or those with good commercial property experience wanting to do some shared ownership work are also encouraged. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and professional.
