JOB TITLE: Costs Draftsperson
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 4 years' experience
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
The newly appointed Costs Draftsperson will take responsibility for a broad range of costs matters predominantly within the clinical negligence and healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for a busy caseload of complex files, preparing points of dispute and reply, costs scheduling, preparing bills of costs and negotiation working with minimal supervision within an expanding team

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Cost Draftsperson will have at least 4 years' experience in this specialist area with a sound knowledge of litigation and a thorough understanding of clinical negligence claims. You will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of costs matters in relation to clinical negligence and ideally be experienced in attending assessment hearings.
