Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the East Midlands.
The role will be for 3+ months with the possibility of extension beyond that and likely to be on going. This will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. Full time would be their ideal, but they are open to hearing from Locums interested in part time working hours also.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or qualified Legal Executiveand public law childcare knowledge is essential.
Main duties of the role will include:
- Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
- Providing advice on any public law childcare legislation
- Conducting advocacy if/when required
