JOB TITLE: Family Lawyer

LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: £35k DOE

ROLE: An expanding firm in Merseyside are actively seeking the addition of a Family Lawyer for their team. The current team is comprised of two fee earners, legal assistants and support staff. The successful Family Lawyer will be required to run their own caseload of mostly Legal Aid matters and care work, although some private work will be included. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a progressive firm and establish their career. There is scope for this role to become remote-working however the appointed candidate will be required to be in the office full-time for the first could of months.

CANDIDATE: It is essential that applicants possess a minimum of 2 years' PQE and have prior experience of running their own caseload of Family matters and in particular, Legal Aid matters. This firm are keen to recruit a Family Lawyer who is looking for progression therefore ambition and a passion for this area of law is imperative. Family/Children Panel memberships are not essential however this would be beneficial. Candidates that have immediate availability are encouraged to apply.
