JOB TITLE: Senior Legal Counsel
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: Leicestershire (commutable from: Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands)
SALARY: £60K =- £65K

THE ROLE:
This is a broad legal role working in a complicated and fast moving service business that operates in both the B2B and B2C markets. It involves working at all levels within the business providing pragmatic, timely and commercial legal advice on range of legal matters as well as broader risk management and compliance..

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified solicitor with a strong commercial legal experience with an ability to work autonomously within the business to negotiate and agree a range of different contracts and manage disputes. Experience in the following areas would be highly beneficial – DP, consumer law, regulated business and Co Sec as well as a willingness to take on new areas of law and regulation
