This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join market leading firm in their fantastic Sussex offices.
Family Solicitor / Family Legal Executive - Sussex
This excellent firm have a rich heritage and an enviable client base, and are expanding their highly regarded Family team due to outstanding success.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic and have a real passion for private family law, and offering an excellent service.
Successful candidates will have at least 4 years PQE up to a more senior level and be able to undertake your own caseload of privately funded family matters with minimal supervision. You will be required develop and nurture existing clients and bring in new business to the firm.
This exciting position will encompass a broad range of family matters to include divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. In addition to this you will be involved in a range of complex and high net worth family matters.
Ideally you will already be a Resolution member, and Family Panel Membership or working towards. Mediation experience would also be advantageous here
