Commercial Litigation Partner

This leading international practice are largely a well known name with Technology, Pharmaceutical and Corporate clients. Due to large international growth they are looking to add to their Litigation and Arbitration team. You will be exposed to international matters ranging from the US and Central America to Europe, Asia and the Far East.

The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join them in their City of London office.

This firm are largely growing their international growth, with further offices in the process of being opened across Europe, US and Asia to which they are already a well-respected name. Due to this, their dedicated international litigation and Arbitration team are looking to add a high-level individual into their team.

This team specialising in resolving disputes for international and UK clients from America, central America to Europe, Asia and the far east. With particular expertise in business and cybercrime you will be working on the most complex and high-profile matters. They have a long track record of being involved with a number of household names working on many cases that have reached the headlines.

You will be exposed Commercial Contract disputes, commodities disputes, offshore trusts, financial, Shipping, worldwide freezing and enforcement orders.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Associate with at least 7+ PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
• Worked on both domestic and international matters.
• Strong exposure to litigation
• You will have a good technical knowledge.
• Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
