JOB TITLE: Private Client and Trusts Solicitor
PQE: 12 months'+ PQE
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: Market Rate + Excellent Career Prospects

THE ROLE:
This regional law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Trusts Solicitor to their busy department in Hertfordshire. The Private Client team advises on trusts, ownership structures, estate planning and drafting wills. The successful Trusts Solicitor will possess excellent academics and experience in dealing with a range of private client matters. At least 12 months experience of trusts work and an understanding of personal injury and clinical negligence matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Trusts Solicitors with a minimum of 12 months' PQE gained with a respected department. Experience of handling complex private client matters alongside specific experience of creating and terminating wills and lifetime trusts; tax and trust returns to HMRC; and Trust Accounts. You will be comfortable to work (under supervision) with HNW clients on the effective use of trusts to mitigate tax and will be able to demonstrate a strong interest in progressing her expertise in this area.
