The Role

The Position is for a Patent Litigation - Tech, within their City of London office.

You will work within a leading Intellectual Property team that has a large international reach. Referred as leaders in their field by Chambers and Partners you will work on multi-million to billion pound disputes.

The team have a great name across Tech, Biochem, physics, engineering, life sciences and have specialist technicians on across the board. You will work with global giants, on the largest matters.

The team are seeking a Senior associate who a clear focus on Patent Litigation with Tech clients. Experience in SEP/FRAND is preferred due to the nature of the work.

This positions comes with realistic scope to Partnership within 24-36 months, and should be treated as a clear route into Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor/Patent Attorney with over 4 years PQE, with a proven track record of advising tax aspects on corporate transactions.
• Experience within Patent Litigation
• Most of worked on a caseload with a high tech focus
• Worked in a respectable IP/PATMA group
• SEP/Frand litigation experience is preferred but not essential
• Comfortable in a client facing role, servicing an established client base.
