They are very progressive and are known locally for their reputation of nurturing and developing talent, just recently several support staff has risen the ranks to become qualified. They now have a network of offices, and impressively have grown by 30% in the last two years.

Despite a heritage dating back 100 years, they have kept ahead of the curve and invested in the technology and infrastructure.

This firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE to work alongside one of the regions most experienced partners.

The role

The property team consists of a healthy mixture of partners, mid-level lawyers and junior fee-earners. The teams structure allows their junior lawyers to develop and hone their experience making this a particularly exciting opportunity.

You will be directly alongside one of the firm's partners giving you an opportunity to learn, progress and really make a name for yourself in the local market. You will be given a caseload with support and supervision but will also be given the opportunity to develop and grow. Your caseload will include:

• Sales purchases
• Lease extensions
• Shared ownerships
• Transfer of equity
• Freehold and leasehold property

This role would be an excellent stepping stone for perhaps a candidate in a top-heavy department looking for progression.

• You will be a Conveyancer and you will be NQ-3 years PQE
• You will have completed a training contract / have paralegal experience in conveyancing
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail and want to progress
• You will have excellent communication skills.
• You will be able to manage basic conveyancing files
