JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1-3 years' PQE
LOCATION: Greater Manchester

THE ROLE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will work closely with senior Solicitors on a broad caseload of commercial property transactions such as sales and acquisitions, secured lending, asset management and landlord and tenant issues amongst a range of other matters. The client base is made up of local and nationwide organisations from SMEs to plcs. You will also be expected to play an active role in the commercial property team's business development activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking to speak to talented and ambitious commercial property solicitors with at least 12 months' PQE gained within another Legal 500 firm and with a top class academic background. You must be technically astute and keen sense of commercial acumen and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be adept at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property team's ongoing success.
